Project is a nutritional project about alleviating malnutrition thus the PhD students developed improved complimentary foods using traditional/indigenous ingredients such as edible termites and ‘omena’ (fish).

The foods were tested in randomized control trial in Mumias, District. Fieldwork is complete, data entry is ongoing.
